Pre-order

This option only applies to buyers who contacted us prior and desired to have a product that was out of stock in our inventory made and shipped directly from our manufacturer. Once your order is placed, we begin processing it after 24 hours. You have a 1-day window to cancel.

Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, and we will provide tracking information once your package is sent. Most items arrive within 6 to 10 days, though please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, no replacements will be issued for any reason.

If tracking shows your item as "delivered," we cannot offer refunds or replacements. However, for any refund-related issues, we will work as soon as possible to resolve them. Refunds will be issued to the card used for purchase, with processing times depending on your card provider.
